The Family Corner is an opportunity for families to share the fun and educational benefits of birding.  You will find the binoculars are smaller in size and weight, but still good quality.  The books are mainly to peak the interest of the very young, but there are many books in the book section of products that are available for older children.  Putting together jigsaw puzzles is great family entertainment.  And the garden wind spinners are beautifully made and fun to watch.  Be careful where you put them or they may scare some birds away, although birds seem to adjust well to familiar sites.  On the golf course, birds seem oblivious to people swinging clubs and hitting little white balls.
